Get information on shipping charges and delivery schedules

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled / called back. So if you want to cancel any order reach us at the earliest before it has been shipped.

All products are shipped from Tirupur, Tamil Nadu by reputed courier agencies / by Speed Post where courier doesn’t deliver.

It will take approximately 7 – 14 days for your order to get delivered from the date of placing the order & making the payment (in case of offline payment)

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm, from Monday – Saturday.

• Enjoy FREE shipping pan India for orders above Rs. 700/-
• For orders less than Rs.700/- the shipping will be calculated based on weight & delivery location during the checkout.

If you cannot be there to receive your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc, when the courier delivery person calls you.

ECO-LIFE takes no responsibility for goods received by an alternative person.

ECO-LIFE is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to us within 03 days of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payment.

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Please note, that if there are any custom duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.
